Catch Wrestling

Catch Wrestling
Catch Wrestling is one of the first American sports and perhaps the most influential precursor to modern MMA. It is a no gi class where the focus is on SUBMISSION. Catch as Catch Can meaning anything goes! We train to take submissions from whatever position we can. Catch Wrestling compliments almost all grappling styles by adding a new twist on existing techniques. SHOOT & HOOK!
